This antique victorian platform rocker, likely dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century, features intricate wood carvings often attributed to the Eastlake style popular in the 1880's. This rocker utilizes springs to create it's rocking motion. Constructed from turned wood, this rocker has an upholstered seat in a vintage design and a soft velvet tulip shaped back rest cushion.
